Description:
Sondzela Bacpackers is in the Mlilwane Wildlife
Sanctuary in the beautiful Ezulwini Valley of Heaven. It
is flanked by grassland plains that stretch up to the striking
Nyonyane Mountain (Rock of Execution) and the twin peaks
of Sheba’s Breasts. The plains are blessed with large
mixed herds of game. Walk with nature and make eyeball-to-eyeball
contact with roan antelope, oribi, suni, blue duiker to
name but a few. This is a wildlife photographer’s
dream! Be at peace surrounded by nature and a wide variety
of animals but beware of hippos, crocs and male ostriches.
Numerous activities and sight-seeing opportunities in and
out of the Sanctuary can be arranged at the front desk.
Explore the rich traditional Swazi culture and craft markets.
Go horse riding, mountain biking, swimming in the pool or
mineral springs, and white water rafting by arrangement.
Sondzela is safe, peaceful, friendly, beautiful, clean,
comfortable and very popular.
