The Wild Coast is historically one of South Africa’s least developed coastlines. Rural and natural it lends itself to the adventurous mountain biker.

Surfing

Our Coastline is vast, undeveloped and uncrowded. Which easily makes us one of South Africa’s most established surfing schools. We offer tuition for the novice and surf adventure trips for the experienced.

Hiking

From the luxury “hotel to hotel” hiking trails to the cultural immersion, village based trails, we arrange all facets for groups and individuals to the Wild Coast.

Our company roots are in highly specialized tours catering for small, medium and large groups. We have a strong cultural and environmental focus. You journey by 4x4, on foot, mountain bike and canoe through the hills and valleys of the amaXhosa, birthplace of Tata Nelson Rholihlahla Mandela.

Volunteer Projects

Volunteer Africa 32 Degrees South (VA32) was formed as an outreach branch of AHJ in 2005. VA32 has grown enormously during the past 5 years; all volunteer projects are run by VA32 directly. Concentrating on education, conservation & humanitarian issues in the greater Chintsa area, our projects are sustainable & directly beneficial to this community.

The first volunteer project Worldwide to be awarded Fair Trade in Tourism (FTTSA) in conjunction with their Wild Coast Schools Project, VA32 reach the lives of up to 1000 learners every week & has seen approximately 700 volunteers be a part of this awesome, continuously growing initiative.
