The Beach Camp Affiliations

Twiddle your toes in the sand while contemplating the mysterious ocean.

The Beach Camp, situated in Cape Columbine Nature Reserve – otherwise known as Tietiesbaai – is a unique form of accommodation.

We are on the rocky wild beach with the cold Benguela current which keeps the kelp forests alive. The reserve has a beautiful display and array of wild flowers, in addition to the whales and dolphins that visit most of the year. You can go on guided sea-kayak trails (weather permitting), hiking or climb the lighthouse. Our cozy A-frame huts and tents have comfy beds - bring your own bedding. Take R27 from Cape Town. Left into Vredenburg. Drive to Paternoster 4-way stop. Follow signs

• Exclusive use costs R4,900 per night. (19 to 23 people)

• A-Frames cost R263pp per night sharing.
• Tents cost R207pp per night sharing.
• Exclusive use costs R5,824 per night. (19 to 23 people)

Costs November 2010 - May 2011

• A-Frames cost R280pp per night sharing.
• Tents cost R224pp per night sharing.
• Exclusive use costs R6,160 per night. (19 to 23 people)
